This Low-Dose Naltrexone Evaluation offers a specialized consultation to assess the appropriateness of LDN therapy for your specific condition. This focused medical evaluation includes a comprehensive health review and education on the benefits of Low Dose Naltrexone. If deemed appropriate, a prescription will be issued during the appointment. Please note, the visit fee covers the consultation and faxed prescription.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/REBOOKING To avoid a "No-Show" fee of 100% of the visit cost, clients must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of the visit start time by texting 929-376-2972. We offer one complimentary rebooking per appointment. Additional re-bookings performed by our staff incur a $35 fee per occurrence. You can cancel and rebook yourself in the Wix Spaces App or by logging into our website. REFUNDS Appointments cancelled with the proper notice are eligible for refund to the original form of payment, less a 5% credit card and processing fee. Alternatively, the refund may be held in full as a credit to be used at a later time, up to one year from date of cancellation. CHANGE OF CARD A request to change your credit card used after payment has already been placed incurs a 5% credit card and processing fee. PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS Any prescriptions ordered through our office are non-refundable.
